The manse has three twin bedded rooms and one double bedded room. The double room has an en-suite shower room.

There are two further bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor with over bath showers and an additional WC on the ground floor.

There is a large comfortable
combined sitting/dining room with a
feature open fireplace and windows
offering views to the front and rear.
This room adjoins the kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with ample storage and worktop space. A dual fuel double oven cooker with a large extractor above, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. An outbuilding houses a large chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Manse has full double glazing and oil fired central heating, there is a coin operated telephone in the hall.

Outside is a large lawned garden and easy parking for six cars. There is a kennel and run and dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

The Manse is available with fishing for 3 rods in May and 4 rods June to September, when Kate's Cottage could be available as overflow accommodation.

Price includes electricity, gas, oil, logs, linen and towels.
