mat Estate is situated in a beautifully secluded Highland setting and enjoys excellent double bank salmon fly-fishing from May till the end of September.

The fishing is organised into two beats, which alternate daily enabling anglers to enjoy 3 miles of largely double bank fishing twice during the course of one week.

The river is shut for 8 hours during the night so that the fish are not spooked before tenants arrive on the beat.

The average bag from a 20-week season is between 150 - 300 fish, the variation is due to the spate nature of the river.
